01. Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the vehicle rental services provided by NKR Rental Pty Ltd. By booking our fleet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

02. The 10 Golden Rules of Rental

• 01
  Bond/Deposit Disputes & Vehicle ConditionA security bond is required. To avoid disputes, photo and video evidence is recorded at handover. The hirer must return the vehicle in the same condition. Any new damage will be deducted from the bond.

  Late Returns & OverstayVehicles must be returned by the agreed drop-off time. Late returns without prior approval will incur strict penalty fees per hour to cover disruptions to subsequent bookings.

  Speeding Fines & Traffic InfringementsThe hirer takes full legal and financial responsibility for any traffic infringements, parking fines, or speeding tickets incurred during the rental period. An administration fee applies for nominating the driver.

  Toll Road UsageAll toll charges incurred during the rental period will be passed onto the hirer. A small administration fee may apply per toll statement processed.
• 05
  Unauthorized DriversOnly drivers explicitly listed and verified on the rental agreement are permitted to drive. Insurance is completely void if an unlisted or unverified driver operates the vehicle.
• 06
  Fuel Not ReplacedVehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at handover. If not, the hirer will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refuelling administration fee.

  Smoking & PetsSmoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Evidence of either will result in an immediate deep-cleaning fee deducted from your bond.
• 08
  Off-Road Driving & Unsealed RoadsVehicles must be driven on sealed, gazetted roads only. Off-road driving or driving on beaches is strictly prohibited and instantly voids all insurance coverage.
• 09
  Key ReplacementLost, damaged, or water-logged keys are the hirer's responsibility. Modern vehicle keys are expensive, and replacement costs (plus any towing) will be charged to the hirer.
• 10
  Damage & Incident ReportingAny damage, accidents, or mechanical issues must be reported to NKR Rental immediately. Failure to report incidents promptly may complicate insurance claims and increase liability.

03. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee or be restricted from self-service cancellation, requiring support assistance.
