01. Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the vehicle rental, house removal, and transport services provided by NKR Rental Pty Ltd. By booking our fleet or engaging our drivers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

03. Driver Eligibility

• 03.1All drivers must hold a valid, current Australian Driver’s License (Full or P2) or an equivalent international license with an English translation.
• 03.2Drivers must be aged 21 or over for specific commercial vehicle classes.
• 03.3Any fines, tolls, or traffic infringements incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the hirer.

04. Financial Terms

Quotes are valid for 7 days. A security bond is required for all vehicle rentals and is refundable upon the safe return of the vehicle in the same condition as provided.

05. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value. "No-shows" will be charged the full rental or service fee.
